The agave is slow-cooked for over 72 hours in traditional brick ovens, then fermented longer than average for a deep, refined flavor. Aged for seven months in American white oak barrels, this reposado develops a warm golden hue and a perfect balance of sweet agave, caramel, and soft oak spice.
